I had a credit card through this company and am owe them £300.

I contacted them loads over the last year to try and make payments etc but they would never get back to me with the payment info and now they have defaulted my account.

I have now been trying to contact them through email and by phone and none work - does anyone know if they have gone bankrupt and been bought over by another company??

Doesnt the reverse of your statement tell you how to make payment? Never seen one that doesnt give their bank details to do a transfer and telling you what to use as the reference

That's great thanks for letting me know that.

Well I thought I was making payments to them but then got a cheque in the post refunding it! They also stopped sending me statements and when I wrote to them asking how to make a payment they replied saying I would get that info in a separate letter which I never receieved and they would never send me statements - this is exactly why I'm dispusting them putting me in default. Don't feel like it was my fault at all.

Exactly the same has happened to myself . When you go on the website it looks like it is no longer in business ? It says they are not taking anymore applications also 😳

I've had one of these cards for over a year, They're still in business they just aren't taking on new customers anymore for some reason.. I always paid to avoid the monthly charges cause they're unbelievable but that's another story..

I always paid it via bank transfer (faster payments) through my online banking, If you phone them up and ask them for their account details you can make payments like this using your card account number as your reference other than that wait until they sell it on and pay the collection company?

As far as statements go they should be sending you them every month as far as I know you can't opt out of them cause there is no other way to manage your account which i absolutely hate :mad:

The only problem is some of them don't talk very good english so just stay calm and try to speak clearly and be prepared to repeat yourself a few times :rotfl:
