Not receiving texts from one number

I get texts from everyone else part from my mum!
She replies to texts from me, but I never get a reply. She has changed phones and it still doesn't work.
She is on 3, I am on Vodafone. My husband is on Vodafone and he gets texts from my Mum!!
I am stumped. Any ideas?

You might have accidentally blocked her number. My mum regularly does this, with no idea of how she has done it, but it's easily rectified.
Do an internet search with the make/model of your phone and how to block / unblock numbers. Or post here what your phone is and someone might know how to unblock numbers.0 -

It wasn't blocked, but her texts were being designated as SPAM!
