Computer infected?

Looking for help please. The last 2 days I have had all kinds of pop ups appearing and something called Zombie Invasion. I have gone into the 'uninstall programmes' but it is not letting me uninstall although I have never installed it n the first place. It says 'programme does not exist' I have Norton installed on the laptop. I am now getting messages coming onto my screen saying 'computer may be infected, please call this number for help as your personal details etc are at risk but I don't know if this is a genuine message or a virus. Can anyone advise please? If I am infected which it looks like I may be is there a remedy? I do online banking and Im worried sick now.

Thank you for the replies. Ive just tried that but when I download Malware it is saying that my licence is expired and will not let go any further. Any other suggestions please, anything I can go out and buy.

You may have downloaded the premium one make sure you download the normal one it should download as

mbam-setup-2.1.6.1022.exe

The message may be generated by the zombie, so download the malwarebytes and save to the desktop, then restart your computer in SAFE MODE, and try Malwarebytes from there.

Some malware doesn't allow the normal version of Malwarebytes to download or run even if it's already installed. Aware of that The company behind Malwarebytes developed another free version of the program called Chameleon. If you can't download or run Malwarebytes try Chameleon, it can be downloaded here:

If MBAM doesn't clear it then use RogueKiller or ADWCleaner.
