As the title says, justed booked parcel for local Myhermes drop off shop, hit the Paypal button and was waiting for the shipping labels, but in my Myhermes account it says the booking is still unpaid.
Logged in to my Paypal account the payment shows as completed.
Any ideas, can't see any live chat help anywhere.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Managed to complete checkout a second time and all went as usual and printed shipping labels.
Checked my Paypal account and I've been charged twice.
Just checked my Myhermes account at least its showing as dropped off at shop.
Should I just wait till the parcel gets delivered and then do an item not received in Paypal for the transaction that didn't work?.0 -

That happened to me a year or so ago. Just contact them via Facebook or Twitter and they will deal with it. Seems odd to consider trying a charge back for a service without even contacting them first?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes you're correct Soolin, have have contacted them on FB and they are dealing with it, or should I say passing me on to someone who can look into it. I wasn't in any rush to start a Paypal case, just wanted to know if I could fall back on that if I couldn't do it through proper channels.0

You should not be in a rush to start a paypal case as it isn't covered.
As has been suggested, social media is the quickest way to have it resolved. In this instance, this would be the 'proper channel'.0
