Chrome Bookmarks

Hi can anyone help please
I am about to get a new computer at work, and I need to get rid of my old one that I have had for years
The long and short of it is I have years and years worth of bookmarked websites in my favorites on Chrome and I was wondering if there is a way of transferring them over without having to write down every one painstakingly by hand?

Are you signed into Google Chrome with a Google Account?

They should move with you.

I have got a Google Account but I don't think I've ever synced with it or anything, am I missing something?

Surely Google bookmarks are held online, not on your computer? To check just borrow a computer & log on to your Google.

Not sure about Google Chrome as don't use it but other Browsers let you export your bookmarks to a USB stick (or other device) and then import them on your new machine.
