    Most cars have them printed on a sticker on the drivers door frame or inside the fuel filler flap.

    Remember you need to check your pressures when the tyres are cold ie. you haven't just been on a motorway run!

  • Thanks for that ive been wondering for ages what my tyre pressures were! Ive obviously been driving with them too low :eek:

    They are usually on the inside of the fuel cap.

    I'm sure most people kinow this, but driving with them underinflated reduces MPG as well as increasng wear.
  • My helpful husband blew my tyres up without a clue as to the right pressure...it was like driving a hovvercraft off the forecourt!...and very dangerous. Do you think he'd upped my insurance just before?
    What if there IS no PMS and this is just my personality :confused:

    BP seems to be the only garage that offers this service for free.

    BP seems to be the only garage that offers this service for free.
    Asda does too (at least ours does). Dunno about anywhere else though as that's pretty much the only petrol station I go to (always the cheapest in our area)

    My Tesco has free air and water (Poole) but don't know if that is a national thing.
