Over Frosted Freezer

Options
somebody please help!!! i bought a fridge freezer from curry's in the xmas sales in 2005. i'mbeing totally thick now, but what nuber on the dial should the fridge/freezer be set at?

the reason i'm asking is becauce my freezer keeps over frosting so i cant get the drawers out and its causing the seal to not seal. i have got an insurance cover out with curry's for a pound a month but really dont want to ring up and be daft if its something simple like the dial being on 5 when it should be 1 or 2!!

The recommended temp for your freezer will be in the manual. However, I don't think there's anything wrong with the freezer at all, it's just that you probably have just a standard type of freezer which does not defrost itself, therefore you just need to manually defrost it from time to time.
