somebody please help!!! i bought a fridge freezer from curry's in the xmas sales in 2005. i'mbeing totally thick now, but what nuber on the dial should the fridge/freezer be set at?
the reason i'm asking is becauce my freezer keeps over frosting so i cant get the drawers out and its causing the seal to not seal. i have got an insurance cover out with curry's for a pound a month but really dont want to ring up and be daft if its something simple like the dial being on 5 when it should be 1 or 2!!

The recommended temp for your freezer will be in the manual. However, I don't think there's anything wrong with the freezer at all, it's just that you probably have just a standard type of freezer which does not defrost itself, therefore you just need to manually defrost it from time to time.0

check the door seals are in good condition and your not leaving the door slightly open.
this causes ice build up0
