N Power final bill

N Power - Left them on 08/02/2015 asked five times for the final bill received statement yesterday showing on 26/03/15 final bill £34,830.76 next day bill reversed then final bill on 27/03/15 showed £35,338.74 then next day bill reversed for a Terraced house then dated 22/04/15 PDF Bill Credit £796.00. So last night phoned them asking when I will receive my credit only to be told not final bill and I must wait another 7-10 days.
Since 08/02/15 I have been told each time to wait 7-10 days have been promised calls back not received any. Been told a manager will ring me tonight after 6pm, cant wait!Still waiting:(

  • first thing id do would be to email the CEO of npower, tell them in no short terms, I expect my final bill by such a date if you fail to meet this demand I will take it to the ombudsman and add compensation for your troubles.


    I did this with my final bill after waiting nearly a month they gave me a goodwill gesture added to my account when I told them I would escalate my complaint if it wasn't resolved.
