Asbestos!!

Hi

Just had a building survey done on a new property and the surveyor found asbestos in the soffit outside of the bungalow. Is there likely to be asbestos inside of the property also?

The bungalow was built in 1971

The asbestos on the outside does not tell you anything about what's on the inside. The fact it's a 1970's bungalow is much more significant it was used in alsorts of building materials. Waste pipe, artex, floor tiles etc etc
