Has anyone else had any issues with them?
I switched to FU from EDF and the switch date ended up being the middle of March.
After the switch FU then tell me my account is different to the norm - not sure why. Economy 7 meter maybe?
I cant submit metre readings online - I cant access old bills and when they finally agreed to PDF my a copy it only included the Electricity costs.
My online account states my GAS switch Is 01.04.2099!!!
AM I the unlucky one or does anyone else have any issues ?
