Barclays future payments

Hi

I have a Barclays account and do everything online. I have set up some manual payments to go out of the account at the end of the month, but when trying to access the details online there doesn't seem to be any way of seeing them. The Help menu wasn't a lot of Help ( ) as they suggest that after setting up future payments you print out the details. The whole point of using online banking is you don't have to keep printing things out.

Anyone else solved this?

Do you mean standing orders, when you say manual payments? There should be a link to "Manage payments" (Not sure of the exact wording as I only use the app these days) on the overview page. Then you will be able to select the account for which you want to see the payments set up.

No, they are not standing orders, I can see those. You can ask the account to pay a bill manually on a future date, it's those I can't see

Why can't I see a future-dated payment I set up in Online Banking?

After 6:30pm on the night before your payment is made, you won’t be able to see your future-dated payment in your payment list or on your Online Banking statement.
We therefore recommend that after you’ve set up a future-dated payment, you print the final step of the ‘Pay a Bill’ process (Step 4). That way you’ll always have a record of the payments you’ve made or set up to be paid in the future.
If you try to set up the same payment again, you’ll see a message warning you that this may be a duplicate.

why do you want to 'see' them?
If you have set them up correctly the whole point of online banking is that the system works and does not need constant checking. You will have a record on the transaction list when they are actioned.
