I have to go to court now after months of waiting after the online claim was contested by my bank the Alliance & Leicester - i was supposed to go to Northampton but then the court moved it to Manchester (i have no idea why)

Can anyone assist me with the following questions

can i claim the extra charges that have been accruing on my account whilst waiting to go to court on top of the original charges on the day

What do i need to take with me to court paperwork etc

I am I allowed to bring anyone in for moral support - i am now so scared

What do you reckon my chances might be at getting my money back in light of the OFT test case

does anyone have any experience of Manchester County Court

Any one recently got their money back from Alliance and Leicester?

please, please help I am so worried about the out come of all of this.
