Rather hard to say if there is a difference without knowing the share types but one other thing, do they know where to send the dividend for the certificates?

I would contact shareholder services and ask them

    Capita Asset Services
    The Registry
    34 Beckenham Road
    Beckenham
    Kent BR3 4TU
    Telephone: 0871 664 0300 – Lines are open Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5.30pm
From outside the UK: 020 8639 3399 (I would use this one not the expensive one above)
    Website: https://www.capitaassetservices.com
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.
