share dividends

share dividends i have share certificates in kier that i never get paid a dividend on,i have more shares in kier that are in a share save account that i do get paid on,can anyone tell me why the difference.

Rather hard to say if there is a difference without knowing the share types but one other thing, do they know where to send the dividend for the certificates?
I would contact shareholder services and ask them
