Oh well, its gone to the ombudsman - nothing from tesco so far.0

Latest,
Tesco have offered about £800 for new inverter.
Adjudicator has offered that plus £1700 in losses.
Ombudsman now making final decision on whether there was a misrepresentation or not (as that would swing the whole thing one way or another) I dont expect him to decide anything differently but at least I know I've tried all I can.
Adjudicator has decided there wasn't a misrepresentation a) because if they hadn't lied it would have been true (she really made that argument?)
b)" I feel you were given enough information about the solar panels to make an informed decision as to whether you wanted it or not." - this is despite the lies that she agrees are there. So I guess she feels enough of it wasn't lies, misleading or misrepresented?
I know there's no justice in this world but really do they need to take the mick???????0 -
