Hi guys
I'm looking to buy a new tablet (have a HD Nook which I have been pleased with but now starting to slow down and uses an old version of Android). I have seen good reviews of the Hudl2; would be used mainly for internet, emailing, watching catchup TV etc, would this be a good buy? I have a budget of up to £150.
Thank you.

Bought one for wife for £84 from tesco couple of weeks ago, bar battery life which is 'ok' rather than excellent like the nexus 7, its really good for the price. Impossible to get anything better for under £90 at the time.
Theres some lenovo tablet around £100 which is similar specs but better battery life.0 -
The Hudl 2 is a great bit of kit, well worth the money.0

The Hudl2 is great but like the original the charging port seems to be a weakness. You have to treat it with kid gloves and the lead never feels as if it is properly in the port, it always seems a bit loose.0

I had a Nexus 7 2013 from new but I broke it (my own fault). It is a great little tablet, great screen and battery life and it gets the latest android updates on a regular basis.
The only downside for people is that it has no SD card slot but you can use an OTG.
I bought a new one Friday from Argos - they had the 32gb version for £149.00 and pc world have end of line screen protector for 23p each.0
