    At last!!!

    They've managed to buy a house. Work colleague putting house on market saw advantages of selling to them - no estate agency fees, definite sale, surveyor's valuation price with no selling hassle, but most importantly completely flexible entry date which was important to her.

    So thanks for all your help and info on this subject.
