Hello everybody,
I don't know if it is the right place to put this post, if not please let me know and I will move it.
I had a bus accident (while travelling on the bus) in London in November 2014 and sustain a broken metacarpal on my dominant hand and still now the fracture hasn't heal. I contacted few days after the accident TFL by email who directed me to the bus company responsible for the accident however I have not hear from Tower Transit since then. Now I have move out of the UK because of visa problem my question is can I still put a claim?
Thanking you in advance

You'll need to contact a UK based solicitor on a no win no fee type basis to bring an accident claim and to chase them up
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
