hi there all im doing my ppi with mbna ,I phoned them up they said yes you did have ppi with us we will look in to it ,any way after a couple of more letters iv got this questionnaire to fill out but I aint to sure weather I should fill it out or not its asking me about old work places I used to work ,so should I just fill it out or not there saying if I don't fill it out they will continue with the limited information that they hold, help ??????

Basically they are trying to establish if the PPI was suitable and if you needed it.

If you don't provide any info they will just guess at your circumstances and chances are they will make assumptions like you only had 2 weeks sick pay which will count against your complaint.

Just fill it in and be honest and state you don't remember if you don't. Making stuff up will come back to bite you.
