You may have been doing the job for ten years, but that doesn't tell the prospective new employer anything about you and your competence so you still need to prove it to them. So be prepared for the types of questions that may be relevant such as those Tellito1 suggested, and then make sure you get your experience into the answers.
    Good luck.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • Depends on application rate/how many positions/company setup - Some companies like to see everyone - that's equal opportunities for you :)

Had a group interview at weekend in the medical world, it was so brilliant couldn't help hope we all get though in some way (turned out there could be more then the one CV sift!) glad I went, had no idea what to expect and nor did I think about it tbbh! (some things you just can't) can't believe I came away knowing clearly what the job entails even sat with other people, goes to show, though I would say you need to know and have looked into the company you want to join, that pays more then trying to guess what they will ask

    Good luck ;)

I imagine they will ask about your training, what you've done recently, how you keep yourself uptodate with things in your field etc.

Oh yeh I know what your saying I been thinking of scenarios like asking strengths and weaknesses and how much experience I have what worries me is I'm a trainee dispensery assistant at the moment so they may go with someone that's actually qualified.thank you
  • It doesn't really matter if you get the answers right or not in a Morrisons interview. It is more or less how the interviewer perceives you on the day whether they offer you a job or not.

This is at least for shop floor staff anyway.
  • Some strange answers on here, they don't even attempt to answer the actual question
Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool

  • Well anyway it went terrible don't understand why they asked me for an interview to be told they have had qualified people apply and probably wouldn't be willing to carry on my training so a total waste of time to be honest

Harsh. "This is an open forum - anyone can post."

Why should anyone cheat? no-one has any idea what could be asked or even presented to the OP on a specific day depending on possibly just how the interviewer is feeling, I realise this might get quotes of how I don't speak English and is not on this planet

OP sorry to learn of your experience, least you can make a clear decision on whether to accept or not? x
