Morrisons job interview

Hi I have an interview tomorrow for morrisons pharmacy Im extremely nervous does anybody know what sort of questions they may ask so I can be prepared thank you

I've never been interviewed for M's, but here's one they might ask.


Can you give an example of a time where you went above and beyond what was expected, to help a customer?

it was ages since i had an interview. i presume it was a group assessment then a one-one. well speak clearly and confidently and you will get offered the job!!!!

the induction is basically show you around the store and meet your staff and get fitted for uniform. i used to work for them when i wore the clip on bows, remember them anyone? i dont know about now but you will be on three month probation or trainee once passed you will get full staff badge. i used to work there with not so great memories as it was due to the people i worked for but your store must be brilliant to work for. some hints even if they are ten years old lol

Do they interview a lot of people for the same role

They asked me if I shopped at Morrisons.

I would certainly expect a number of people to be interviewed for the post.

For a pharmacy based role you could be asked about confirming the ID of customers before handing over prescriptions, whether you would give customers advice on what medication they should be using, medicine security...

Not sure if they'd ask me that type of question as iv been doing the job 10 years jus wanting to go to a different Company.n was asking about how many people they interview as I wasn't sure if they interview everyone that applies or its witled down to like ten people

I've never heard of a situation where all applicants were interviewed, except in very specialised roles where few applicants would be expected. I suspect they had dozens of applications for the job you applied for and have reduced it to a short list of a dozen or so.
That clearly means that you've done something right just to get to this point. Good luck with the interview.

I hope I have just really nervous first interview in 10 years.thank you
