    What about online banking? Would they accept a print off or screen shot of the online statement showing a zero balance?

    No :( It's such a pain! It's so odd as these companies want you to go paperless with your statements but when you try to print them off online they don't include names and addresses. Surely as lenders themselves they would know the importance of this information?! Aw well, never mind. I think I will just have to wait the week at least to see what I do get through.
