Can you please tell me how long it took you from submitting your application to Precise to getting the offer?
We have submitted today, already had a DIP with them and agreed price on houes was less. Precise already said the lower amount was fine. 3 months payslips for each of us plus p60, 3 months bank statements and proof of ID was all we were told to give so hopefully we will be okay? No issue with deposit as from savings.
Neither us nor the seller have a chain so we were hoping to have a quick turnaround on the whole thing...?
