Sky don't charge me an admin fee for changing my package.
Why should a mortgage lender charge for a change? They should have more loyalty to their existing customers.
Sky do charge you if you change the digibox though.
You have the mortgage facility and you are not being charged for that. YOU want to buy a new rate and that is what you are being charged for.It is not what he said more like how he said it. Especially his reply to BigZed, which I found quite pompous and rude.
