Hi I have just found a letter from Peugeot finance with regards to a car I bought in 1993 but not to sure if I can claim and who do I go through its says on the letter w wright motors not even sure if I took out ppi on it ? So any advice would be great many thanks

No-one "claims" - you put in a complaint
However, 1993 was 12 years before the industry was regulated so the dealer can dismiss the complaint without even investigating it.
After that you'll have to try the finance provider (who will reject it as they didn't sell you it) then lastly try the underwriter and hope they take it on.
Up to you if you want to proceed, though without any records or even proof you paid PPI I'd say it was a hiding to nothingSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
