It's a monthly snapshot of your CallCredit report and is owned/run by them.
So as true or trustworthy as they are once you factor in that it is a free snapshot, that only updates once per month at most.
CallCredit is often the least used or reported to of the 3 CRAs, so you shoud not depend on it alone on any shape or form. In fact, to get a full picture you need all 3 reports. There is no substitute.
The 'score' displayed is also not to be taken seriously.
Saying that, it can be useful for routine checking for accounts it does show over time. You just have to be aware of it's limitations when you use it, and if you are wanting to make any critical credit applications then get the 3 full reports instead.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Make sure you only pay for the £2 report not the subscription service
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
