My computer keeps freezing and will not respond to ctrl+alt+del. Sometimes if I wait a little bit he will work. I have got ccleaner. I just wonder what else I can do I have downloaded some software but in the end I have to pay for a subscription for it to fix the issues. Can anybody recommends solution? Thanks

Clean up with the likes of AdwCleaner, Junkware Removal Tool and Malwarebytes AntiMalware or back up your important data and run a Factory Restore.
Knowing something about the machine could be useful.0 -
Anything that asks you for a subscription to fix such issues is probably malware and is adding to the problem (and possibly stealing your credit card data as well). No free lunch, and no free laptop
