Just paid off mortgage and want to sell (problem?)

Just made a final payment on our mortgage and want to move.

It has been suggested to me that we will have to wait for land registry to be updated before we can put it on the market. Is this correct and if so how long will it take?

    It'll take a shorter time than the time it'll take you to get it on the market, get the EPC ordered and photos taken and contract signed ....then find a buyer and get them to the point where it matters.

    A week or two? If the lender is inefficient, maybe 4?

    How long will it take you to find a buyer, get to Exchange, and get to Completion?
