Anyone share who they have buildings and contents insurance with for a coach house please? I cannot use any comparisons website as none have the option for coach house Direct Line and Endsleigh refuse to insure it. Avivia have come back with £150 and Axa are £240!
I have a couple more call to make but be nice to know who doesn't instead of wasting time as I am a first time buyer with enough to sort out right now adn need every penny as I have no furniture!
T be clear is almost like an end terrace you drive under the kitchen diner and has my garage underneath and a neighbours and I am free holder they are leaseholders. Going to post else where about charges for this as I have no clue what I entitled to from them
I have done a search and most people never seem to come back with their results on here sadly.

I also have another thread as I have no clue what i entitled to ask for rent or contribution towards buildings (or contents??) insurance.

    Have you seen this?

I have no experince of them but a friend is happy with pet insurance arranged through them, which was cheaper than buying direct from the same company.

Yes it directs you to Avanti insurance home protect with no option for coach house lol boat house but no coach house. But I plan to call them on Monday with a few others who were closed today. I have a modified car and use brokers, this is the same game clearly. I have called one broker already today who was no good as they bolt on the added extras on, alot of which I do not need as covered with my bank.
Thanks for your link as I will try tomorrow.

Does the policy allow for NCB?

ps It's the 1st year NCB in car insurance that makes the biggest difference.
