Hi all,
Hope it's ok to start us off this week!
Managed to stock up on loads from Lidl, got a huge amount for £41 after using my £5 off coupon :money:
Monday: King Prawn Thai Curry with rice
Tuesday: Bean chilli (from freezer) with rice (will cook double on monday)
Wednesday: Falafels, hummus, wraps, salad
Thursday: Butternut squash and chickpea korma
Friday: At a friend's house
Saturday: Homemade Pizzas
Sunday: Shepherd's pie/spaghetti...undecided but have everything in for either.
Breakfasts: Porridge/muesli/egg on toast/smoothies
Lunches: Leftovers, salad, beans on toast, egg on toast
Have a fab week all :beer:

Sunday - cheese and bacon kiev with savoury rice after failing to take food out of freezer
Monday - bagels with tuna and sweetcorn, chicken drumsticks Chinese style with stir fry veg and rice
Tuesday - bagels with tuna and sweetcorn, veggie noodles
Wednesday - spicy chicken bagels, courgette fritters with tomato relish
Thursday - spicy chicken bagels, Morrocan chicken
Friday - soup at work, mushroom crepes with asparagus
DH away Tuesday and Wednesday this week so shouldn't be too expensive a week. Have some chicken drumsticks still in the freezer for Caribbean chicken tray bake and beef wellington for next week. Have a few jars of salsa so something Mexican in order. A fridge check tonight means I need to make some ratatouille to use up some vegetables so will freeze that for next week too. Done and in the freezer.Have a few small meal in freezer such as a small steak and two fishcakes so Dh might have steak and veg whilst wee man and have fishcakes.MFW 91 op 2014 £410/1000

Thursday - honey & mustard chicken
Friday - breaded fish, chips & mushy peas
Saturday - chicken curry, rice & naan0 -
This week's plan lokslike this -
S - Roast lamb with savoy cabbge, broccoli, stuffing and gravy
M - LO lamb, stuffing, fresh veg and gravy
T - Both out, so soup and sandwiches whenever we have time
W - DH's birthday, he has requested burgers so we will have them on rolls with cheese and salad
T - Pork and veg stir fry with rice
F - Grilled pork steaks with veg fried rice and curry sauce
S - Turkey escalopes with beans and wedges
I've got everything in apart from the burgers, will pick some up in town on Wed, possibly some cake too0 -
This weeks meal plan is:
Sun (today)- veggie curry
Mon- either LO veggie curry OR Mixed bean goulash with nann bread
Tue- Either LO mixed bean goulash OR sweet & sour veggies with noodles
Wed- Smoky Aubergine, tomato and red lentil pasta sauce (with pasta)
Thur- Either LOs OR Butternut Squash and herb risotto with flatbreads
Fri-HM Pizza and chips
Sat- Any leftovers hanging around, OR quinoa and black bean salad.0 -

I'm struggling for inspiration at the moment - fed up of cooking
Anyway, heres what I've come up with
Sunday - roast beef (from freezer - present from parents at easter), roast sweet potatoes veg & gravy
Monday - shepherds pie (mince in freezer)
Tue - chicken & peppers in black bean sauce & rice
Wed - gammon steak, jacket potato, salad & tinned sweetcorn
Thu - burgers (HM from mince in freezer), potato wedges, salad
Fri - jacket potato filled with chopped gammon steak/cheese & onion with baked beans
Sat - piri piri chicken, roasted veg & wedges
Sun - Roast beef from freezer

Saturday - homemade veggie pizza
Sunday - chicken dinner
Monday - risotto (with stock made from yesterdays's chicken)
Tuesday - baked gnocchi on tomatoes (with mash from Sundays dinner stored in Fridge)
Wednesday - chicken pasta bake (with left over chicken [stored in fridge], stock [stored in fridge] and a tin of condensed soup, topped with cheese
Thursday - stir fry of some description.

Sat - Paella
Sun - Minted Lamb Chops, Potatoes & Veg.
