malware alert from my antivirus

is this anything to worry about

i regually do a scan and delite things but when go onto the internet im getting a few alerts from my anti virus
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

    Are you browsing dodgy websites? If so, you might expect the occasional bit of malware. Otherwise, your PC is likely to have become infected and the browser is connecting to dodgy sites automatically. Running a scan with MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware and adwCleaner would be what I'd do. Oh, and update Avast (if it isn't already up-to-date) and run a full scan with that.

    If you anti-virus program detects that PC is constantly contacting Epictory.com, there is a possibility that system is already under serious trouble.

    Dodgy as in !!!!!! sites warez sites fake sites etc .

    Could be a false positive though as it leads to a HTTP Nginx server test page .

    Apart from Gas Mask Monthly and 419eater and maybe some streaming sites such as youtube netflix etc. Ive done a full malware scan and the obvious stuff JWT and adwclean TDSSkiller spybot and only malwarebytes found a few things mainly PUP??? but see if things are ok now.
