Not a thread hijacking troll :undecided you see the popularity of another prison related thread and decide to hijack it. This is what children do not adults.

Hmmmm, it does seem strange that someone posted a thread like this, after Sici's thread where she got shedloads of support.

    Coincidence maybe?

I don't see this as coincidence at all! If the OP saw the other thread, it would have encouraged her to see that this could be a useful place to get advice.

Please don't treat people as trolls unless they have previous! :p

OP - the other thread could be quite useful to you. I can't remember the exact title, but if you do an advanced search for threads with 'prison friday' in the title, you'll find it.
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

I know many people will wonder why I am still with him, but I honestly believe he is not guilty, so want to stick with him.

Your choice. If he's potentially facing a lengthy sentence he must have been charged with some pretty serious stuff, be it fraud, or violent crime, or whatever.

I hope you've been able to find the information you need in order to manage in the event of him being jailed.

You offer nothing in the way of constructive advice. Just appear to be on a mission to humiliate the OP and have the potential to put off other people in vulnerable situations from seeking advice. Yet you have the gaul to sit behind your keyboard and suggest that someone else is behaving childishly. Shame on you!
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.

Well said this happens too often a new poster being accused of being a troll by certain members of the board. It really is a shame as it could put others off from asking advice on here.

You should take legal advice about removing OH from the deeds/mortgage if there is any possibility of there being an order made against your OH to pay compensation to the Court.
