Doing my own conveyancing on Sale

I am in the process of putting my house up for sale. Up until about 18 months ago I was a conveyancing secretary so know quite a lot about the procedure. I want to do my own conveyancing on my Sale. There is no mortgage so I don't think this should be a problem (apart from the buyers solicitors making it as difficult for me as possible!). My question is how do I go about getting a sale contract form? When I worked for the solicitors it was a printed form on the computer and I am not sure this would be appropriate for me to use. Any suggestions or further advice?

Best of luck and tell us how you get on.0 -
I did this (selling my deceased father's bungalow) about 25 years ago and had no experience.
I used a book from the public library and printed off my own contract (no special form). The buyers' solicitor suggested a few changes of wording , which I agreed to , then everything was straightforward .. and cheaper, especially as no estate agent was used (except for valuation); just a window poster, as homes on the estate were very popular.0
