Cannot apply for part time tuition fee loan 2015/2016.

I previously studied for a BSc and failed at the end of the course due to illness, now I want to complete my BSc at the Open University and have transferred 210 credits to them. But when I try to apply for a 2015/2016 loan, there is only the option to apply for a full time one instead of a part time one. Can anyone help me here?

Oh right thanks, couldn't find that bit of information anywhere on the student finance websites, just says "2015/2016 applications open", helpful. They seem to be leaving it very late though as May is almost upon us and courses start as soon as August.
