hi, how do i remove PUP.Optional.Dregol from my pc? everytime i run malwarebyes is there,is this a virus?

Scanning with malwarebytes and then adwcleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ is my best way of getting rid of PUPs.0

Go to that folder and manually delete it. Make sure your web browser is closed first.
