I can access my own blueyonder account - when I ask for access to her secondary email (i.e. her blueyonder email account) the browser says it's sending a verification email... to her account!!!0 -

Spoke to VM Tech Support - got into the secondary account after a few minutes chat.... what a relief - thanks for all the guidance.
