Income Support Disability Premiums

Hi all, I have just been awarded PIP at enhanced daily living and standard mobility.
As I am on Income Support they have also backdated the Disability Premium for IS at £31.80 per week.
I have been looking on their website and see that there is also an Enhanced Disability Premium and a Severe Disability Premium.
As they are closed until Monday I wonder if anyone knows if I can claim either of these, as I think I meet the criteria but it has not been automatically given to like the other premium.
Thanks in advance for any advice x

Hi Kent74, Hopefully some-body with more experience would be along soon to answer your question more thoroughly. However, the first question you will be asked to provide is : do you live with any other family members or does some-body claim carers allowance for you? If any of these are relevant to you then the extra premiums will not be awarded. I hope this helps x0 -
Have a read of this:

Please give us your personal circumstances.
Do you live alone? Are there any non dependants living with you? Anyone receiving Carer's Allowance for you?
Any other adults living with you with disabilities/receiving DLA/PIP/AA?0 -
Thanks for replies so far.
I do not have anyone claiming carers allowance for looking after me.
I am a single mum of 2, oldest is 16 so not classed as an adult. I am assuming I qualify so wondered why they havent included this in my backpay. Do I need to apply for it seperately and will it be backdated as the other money has please?
Many thanks xx0 -

I think you need to complete a form for SDP, not sure about EDP.
Ring them and ask.
It will be backdated to the date of your PIP award.0
