I purchased a Logitech mouse off eBay at some point last year, and having trouble finding the order information..
The mouse is now faulty, and Logitech are saying if it's within a year of purcahse the seller is responsible.
I can't find a PayPa invoice, as I haven't kept emails from that long, and have hundreds of invoices so too much too look through in PayPal account.
I also know eBay remove listing information after a while..
Does anyone ese have any advice?

Unless the seller gave a specific guarantee at the time of purchase, or was a fully registered reseller of items then I can't see that you have any leverage to apply. A lot of people, whilst technically trading on ebay are not resellers and would not therefore offer anything other than the manufacturers guarantee.
Go back to Logitech and argue with them, the manufacturers guarantee should still apply where a retailer cannot be traced.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hi There,
If they left you feedback or you left them feedback, you should be able to get their eBay username from your Feedback section...just click on your own Feedback score from "my Ebay" and look at your "Feedback left for others"...if you can work out roughly when this was you can work out the username of the seller.
THen you can go to help, and search for "contact information", this will allow you to enter the sellers username and in return get their telephone/postal details, and they too get yours to ensure its a fair trade of information.
Remember however some sellers do list items as being sold with no warranty or returns, so you may not necessarily be entitled to anything, 1 year warranty claims usually apply to shops where they can simply swap the unit for another, but isn't necessarily the case with eBay.

As for how long auctions are visible on ebay, it is anything from around 90 days to several months, the longest I have been able to see an auction was approx 6 months, but others might know differently.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
