Vileda's Baby Crawling Championship Competition, in conjuction with the 100°C Hot Spray Mop


1. Entries are open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of Vileda, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the project.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter, entrants must go to www.facebook.com/ViledaUK, www.twitter.com/viledauk or baby.vileda.co.uk to submit their entry and enter their details.
3. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by a computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted nominations will be accepted. Nominations will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
4. The competition will be open from Monday 27th April 2015 to Sunday 10th May 2015. The closing date for all entries is 23.59 GMT Sunday 10th May 2015.
5. There are 10 single prizes of the 100 degree Hot Spray mop to be won.
6. No entrant may win more than one prize.
7. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
8. 10 entries will be chosen at random on Monday 11th May 2015 and deemed 'the winners'; subject to the prize winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Prize Draw.
9 Winners who have entered through babies.vileda.co.uk will be notified via the email they used in their entry.
Winners who have entered using Twitter will be notified that they have won through Twitter direct messenger.
Winners who entered through Facebook will be notified by a post added on to facebook.com/viledauk‘s wall requesting that the winner(s) send a message through facebook directly to Viledauk.
In all cases winners will be invited to accept their prize and to supply an address for the dispatch of their prize. Upon receiving full address details, the prize will then be dispatched within ten working days.
10. The Promoter will not be liable for any postage delays due to circumstances including but not limited to; adverse weather, postage congestion or any error on behalf of the postal service.
11. The Winner must claim the prize within 3 working days of being notified ( 3 days from being contacted through email or Twitter Direct messenger requesting for their details; or by a post added on to facebook.com/viledauk requesting that the winner(s) contact Viledauk . If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
12. Prizes are not transferable, and cash alternatives are not available.
13. The Winners’ details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to Vileda Team, INK Digital Agency, The Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre, Hopwood Lane, Halifax, Yorkshire HX1 5ER within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
14. Entrants who have opted in to the mailing list agree for sponsor to use entrant’s email address for purposes of marketing and promotion of Sponsor’s products and services. Your Privacy is important to us, we will never pass on your email address to a third party for marketing purposes. 15. The Winner may also be required to participate in publicity arising from this process.
16. This is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. You are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Twitter.
17. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the participant has consented. All nomination instructions form part of the rules.
18. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
