You're not a very good friend. It won't be difficult for Barclays to work out who your friend is.
I've worked in the PPI department of a bank, the points you make are fairly standard. And not just in PPI departments. The majority of businesses are target/productivity driven, how else do you expect them to manage their staff and make sure they're doing what they're paid to do ?
I'm sure Barclays has many, many happy PPI complainants.
Just because you go to the FOS, doesn't mean Barclays have no input with your complaint, you should still go to them first.0 -
Haha ! You're quite the model employee aren't you ?
Previous posts are very telling.0 -
Without wishing to praise Barclays, but in my personal experience in comparsion with the Yorkshire/Clydesdale Banks they are a paragon of virtue. I had reddress in my bank account within 8 weeks after making my complaint to Barclays. Where as I'm nearly two and half years in with the YB/Clydesdale and the end has only just come into sight.
I would like to praise this site and the vast majority of posters who give fantastically good advice and support.
