ANPR Ltd parking ticket

Hi,
I've received a parking ticket ( parking charge notice) from ANPR Ltd for parking on private land and it's a whopping £100!
Now I'm a student and have about £20 to my name so this is not ideal! I've seen advice to ignore it but getting court letters and bigger fine letters through my door sounds pretty scary. Can anyone give me advice on what to do??
I've also read these his are cowboy bullies so I don't know what to do  HELP

have you read the NEWBIES sticky thread yet ? (if not why not? students know how to research topics I am sure)

if its a windscreen ticket, ignore it and wait for an NTK in the post, if it ever arrives now they have been kicked out of the BPA ( ANPR Limited )

or was it one of these two ?

    ANPR PC Limited

    or

    ANPR Parking Services Ltd

also, what date was this "incident" recorded on ?
  • Windscreen ticket, from ANPR Ltd. and yesterday 23rd April.

    Also NTK?

As ANPR Ltd are no longer BPA AOS members, they have no way of accessing your details from the DVLA. So if you don't contact them, they have no way of contacting you.

Sit tight. You only need to come back to us if you receive anything in the post from them - exceedingly unlikely now!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I think it's the comment in the OP's second post that is causing the confusion.

I think they were asking what a NTK is.

Unless he parked in Trev's yard the OP should not receive anything further.
