Email Going into Spam

Just wondering if anyone can help me I email my Sister every evening without a problem For the past 2 days she tells me they are going into her spam filter She is using an Ipad to receive them She also has got an iphone
I am sending them sometimes from my lap top but also from my Hudl2 tablet Up until a few days ago there was not a problem
Any suggestions to sort this out.

She has you marked in her email client as a spam address .
Needs to mark your address as good .

Thanks for that She has not the iphone or ipad very long less that a year I would think Gift from her Son but she is not sure how anything works

nothing to do with the ipad, hudl or laptop. what email service does she use?

I think it is icloud that she uses or is it just cloud

That's not an email service...what is the part of her email address after the @? For example, bt.com, google.com, etc.

My Sister thinks she has sorted it She transferred an email I sent her into her in box and I send another email and it seems to be ok now .
