Hi All,
Does anyone know, or have any experience of using First Directs PPI claim form - (I would post a link - but I'm not allowed to as a new member!)
or would it be better to approach a claim with the template letters provided here on Money Saving Expert...?
thanks for any help,
J

The forms are adapted version of the standard FOS form - you might as well use their form as it should contain all the info they need
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Indeed. And stay clear of template letters, most people end up leaving in/taking out the wrong bits (e.g. banging on about single premium PPI on credit card complaints). Which simply makes the case handler think you're a chancer with no idea what you're actually complaining about.0 -
Thank you, both Nasqueron & Insider101, for your help...! I shall go ahead with their form0
