Hello,
My father in law passed away in November. In January I received a letter from Virgin media saying they owed the executor of his will a refund of his account, send us an address to send it to and proof of identity and we will settle. This was sent promptly, but I have heard nothing since.
On top of this we keep getting letters addressed to my father in law saying "We would like you back with us", just a poor choice of words I understand but not exactly what my wife needs.
I have written to them with no result, but I am quite amazed how as a major communications company there is virtually no way of getting through to them.
Phone lines are all options requiring account numbers and charge 67p/min and from experience I get nowhere, no e-mail address, the web chat is always full. I am at a loss how to take this further, any ideas?
