What does a lender/mortgage underwriter see from credit file?

Just wondered if anyone could shed light on the credit file. Is what I download from Experian or Noddle exactly the same as what the mortgage company can see? Do they view/access something different? Any help would be appreciated.

It's roughly the same. But they don't see the soft searches that you can.0

Lenders can also use a system called Hunter to prevent fraudulent applications.0

The other thing they do not see is who your current credit accounts are actually with, and who has been making searches. They will know, for example, that an entry relates to a credit card but not the name of the issuer. In the case of a search they will know a search is for a current account but not the name of the bank.0
