Slightly Pushy Ebay Seller?

Hi I won the following auction yesterday:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170137111854&sspagename=ADME:L:AAQ:UK:1
got too work this morning with the intention of going to the bank on my lunch break and putting the money in my account to pay the seller but I had received the following email this morning:
if you do not make payment by lunch time today i am sorry to say will not be able to put item in post to you as going away for a while.
Now fair enough normally but there was nothing in the auction saying you have to pay straight away and I noticed that someone else was selling the same item with exactly the same description which ended a few hours after this one same postage fees etc and am worrying a little bit.
Sorry for my rambling but do you think this is kosher?
thanks.
Simon

The feedback seems OK. Longstanding but not highly active.
The sellers tone from their messages and replies to questions seems very abrupt. But some people are like that without realising how curt they can be.The man without a signature.0 -
A little short, but at least they are keeping you informed, could have given more details of their movements though.
Pay by PayPal and you should be OK.0 -
The thing is I thought it sounds kosher but it's like there hurrying me and Ive had an experience where this has happened before. Bought some bits for my motorbike never came so paypal refunded me 99p out of 120 quid I spent... very angry
I think I will risk it this time though, thanks for the help20P Savers Club = 60P0 -
As long as it's a low figure it's probably worth a punt... ideally you'd fund the payment by credit card to be extra safe, although perhaps that isn't an option for you.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Is it a bargain or can you buy another one for much the same price?
If they are easily available at that price, contact the buyer and find out when they will be able to despatch it. If this is weeks, then suggest that you agree to mutually withdraw from the deal.
If it is a bargain, take a chance and pay by Paypal now.0
