Vax Excellent customer service -

Some time last year, I bought a Vax floor steamer, I have been impressed with the steamer, however, the black screw cap on the water bottle cracked, it isn't just an ordinary cap, there is a plunger inside, so I tried to order a replacement, but as expected it comes as part of the bottle.

On Sunday afternoon, I emailed the Vax customer service centre, expecting it to be responded too some time this week, however, within an hour I had a reply asking for the serial number etc, I replied to this and received a response that a new water tank would be dispatched Monday, which I have received today, and no charge !

Thank you Kerry and Jennifer in Vax Customer Service, really expected to have nothing but excuses, hassle and expense, but instead I received a friendly extremely fast response from both ladies and great customer service from such a large organisation, thank you once again, very impressed.
