Defect but positive feedback

Good luck getting this resolved....Buyers can't 'amend' low ratings and if they have left Pos FB they can't amend that either. Ebay are worse than useless.

My buyer left pos FB stating they absolutely loved the item and wanted another one! but by accident they left a 1 star for 'item as desc'. They then went on to buy a second one and again left glowing FB and 5 stars across the board. They sent me a message stating they had accidentally left a 1 star rating on the first purchase and how could they put it right...yet ebay won't remove it as it 'wasn't clearly a mistake'??? WTH??

My last four defects have all been unfair. One buyer only wanted to ask when his items were posted, and opened two cases. The third was for the one in this thread, and the fourth was from a buyer who was unhappy that I wouldn't close the auction early and sell to him outside EBay, so he left me a 1* for item as described

And some people on other threads consider sellers to be bad if we block buyers who ask questions that make us uneasy- I think that proves why I will continue to block anyone at all who asks me anything that makes me nervous.

Another case opened for INR and closed by the buyer within minutes. Sent them a message asking if there was a problem and they replied that they meant to raise it for the item next to mine in their purchase history. They are sorry for any inconvenience. Stuff the inconvenience, what about the defect.

I can get this defect removed surely ? Watch this space.
