Wireless Headphones - Privacy Worries

I have some Phillips RP-WF820 wireless headphones which have been great for many years, but recently picked up neighbours TV and a baby monitor seems to interfere too. So don't like the thought of our neighbours knowing my entire TV watching schedule! We live on an estate with semi-detached houses so a good 15-20 houses are in the 100m radius.
Do encrypted wireless headphones exist? So I am the only one listening and no eaves dropping is possible? The Sennheiser RS-160 (£120) seem to have digital transmission as oppossed to my current RF cans which I am hoping may be able to do the job.
Had a quick look at Bluetooth wireless headphones too - but most come with microphones, so worried next door could here us talk if they connect to our TVs bluetooth?! Arghhhh
So any advice on how I can watch TV wirelessly at night with a bit of privacy would be appreciated.

How would your neighbours know it was your wireless headphones that they were listening too, if they are actually listening to them?0

They don't, just looking for a solution to watch TV wirelessly with only me being able to hear?
Can the digital headphones do this?
