Cpp claims

I am new to the forums here, and I have some queries. I may have been silly but I never followed through the CPP claim process after I received the documents. It was fear I suppose, I now think I am too late, however any advice would be great. I have all the correspondence from CPP and my policy began in 2007, it must have been when I clicked on the link on the HSBC page to activate my account. I guess what I need to know is, can I still claim now?

The CPP refund scheme has, unfortunately, closed, you would have to try and complain yourself to them
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
