Unit Trust trackers with dividends?

Just a quick question. Does anyone know of any unit trusts that pay dividends? Preferably a tracker of some kind.

Look for any fund, then see if it has both Income and Accumulation units. Both pay dividends, but the Accumulation unit's dividends are automatically reinvested into the fund, while the Income unit's dividend is paid to you.

As previously mentioned, that narrows down the list of options to probably a couple of thousand ;)
